Synchronize Outlook contacts with Gmail and mobile phone

Have you ever started writing an email in Outlook and thought that the email address you are trying to send to is in your auto-complete list only to find out it’s in Gmail, but not Outlook!? Or the other way around?

I don’t think of myself as a very gizmo connected person, but even I end up having different contacts in my corporate Outlook account, my Gmail account, and my BlackBerry. Wouldn’t it be great if all of those contacts could be synchronized so that when I create a new contact or update a contact in Gmail, it automatically adds the contact or updates the contact in Outlook?
Soocial is a new web service that is trying to do just that! It’s goal is to provide you with one address book for all of your desktop and web email applications. So if you have always felt your address books are disconnected and never match, check out Sooical for awesome contact management.

Here are some other cool reasons why you should check out this new service:

* Manage all of your contacts via the web. Log into Soocial, add, delete, or modify a contact and let it update all of your devices and programs automatically. Nice!
* Automatic backup of all of your contacts, so if you ever lose your Outlook, Gmail or phone contacts, just restore them in a few clicks.
* Soocial also has a developer API that means other programs that have address books will eventually write plugins so that their contacts can be synchronized with Soocial. For example, Soocial already works with Outlook, BlackBerry, Gmail, OS X address book, Highrise, and over 400 phones.

Once you sign up, it’s pretty easy to get started. Just enter your email address and password for Gmail and download the client for Outlook. Soocial will take care of the rest for you!

Overall, it’s great for anyone who is using Gmail (or address book in Mac), Outlook, and a mobile phone for sending and receiving email messages. Get all of your contacts synchronized between all of your devices for free! Enjoy!
